Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this policy explains when and how returns and refunds can be requested. 1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bestshowercurtains.com. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@bestshowercurtains.com with your order number, your full name, and the email address used at checkout. Our customer service team will provide the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be accepted once opened. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet the required return conditions, a refund may be refused.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

• Hygienic or personal-use items that have been opened or used (e.g., shower liners or bathroom items once removed from their sealed packaging)

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bestshowercurtains.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

10. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy. A package marked as delivered by the carrier will not be considered lost. If you believe your package was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact the carrier first, then contact us.
