4. Delivery Timeframes

Our products are shipped primarily from international warehouses, which allows us to offer a wide variety of designs. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier processing times.

Handling time: 2 to 8 business days

Transit time: 5 to 20 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 28 business days

Please note that “shipping” refers to the moment a package leaves the warehouse, while “delivery” refers to the moment the package arrives at the destination address. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days and may extend the estimated delivery time.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. During this time, it may still be possible to update your delivery address. If you need to modify your address, please contact us as quickly as possible.

6. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change to the delivery address at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

7. PO Boxes and Military Addresses

Orders shipped to PO boxes or military addresses may require delivery via postal services. Courier services may not be available for these destinations.

9. Damaged Packages in Transit
